  11. Submit/solicit an indication of interest (IOI).
  12. Management presentation and meeting.
  13. Letter of intent (LOI).
  14. Process of due diligence.
  15. Write the purchase agreement.
  16. Close the deal.
  17. Handle any post-closing adjustments and integration.
