Mr. Kuschel is NFP Compensation Consulting’ Chief Operating Officer and Mountain States Practice Leader. He joined the firm in 2009 as a Consultant following five years in Human Resources and HRIS at Sysco Corporation. He is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional, Certified Compensation Professional, Senior Professional of Human Resources, and is Compensation Committee Certified. He holds a BS from the University of Houston and is a member of WorldatWork and NACD’s advisory board. He has consulted extensively with public, private, and not-for-profit companies ranging from $1M in revenues to the Fortune 500. His experience spans executive and board of director compensation, annual and long-term incentive plan design, change-in-control, employment agreements, and litigation support, among other areas.
Sidney Diec, Senior Consultant

Ms. Diec is a Senior Consultant in NFPCC’s Denver office. She joined the firm in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Kansas State University. Ms. Diec performs market analysis and benchmarking studies in support of executive compensation, board of director compensation, and key employee compensation program reviews. She holds a Compensation Analyst Credential. Ms. Diec is a member of WorldatWork, Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association, The Institute of Internal Auditors, Colorado Nonprofit Association and Colorado Bankers Association.
